Your team

On Starter and above, the people you bake with can each have their own sign-in to your bakery's account. Free is for one person.

Everyone you add sees everything in the account: ingredients, products, labels, orders and settings. There are two things you choose per person.

Everyone else can see your plan and card payment settings, but can't change them.

Someone without Approve labels can still add ingredients, build products and generate drafts. The draft waits, marked Waiting for approval, until someone who can approve opens it.

Approving a label records that person as responsible for the declaration, so give it only to people you trust to check one.

Inviting someone

1. Open Team in the menu.
2. Enter their email address, and their name if you like.
3. Tick what they can also do, then choose Send invitation.

They get an email with a link to set a password. The link works for 7 days. If it runs out, or they can't find the email, choose Resend invitation.

An email address can belong to only one BakeCheck account. If they already have one, they'll need to use a different address.

Invitations not yet accepted count towards your plan's users.

Changing what someone can do

Tick or untick their boxes on the Team page. It applies straight away, with no need for them to sign out.

There always has to be at least one signed-in person who can manage users, so you can't untick it for the last one.

Removing someone

Choose Remove next to their name. They are signed out and can no longer use your account. Labels they approved keep their name, because that record is what the approval is for. You can invite them again later.

You can't remove yourself; ask someone else who manages users.

If you move back to Free

Nobody is removed. You just can't invite anyone new until you're back on Starter or above.
